Terms of Service - Cacheless

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using Cacheless, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cacheless. The software is distributed through the Mac App Store, and device authorization is managed by Apple in accordance with their Family Sharing and device management policies.

Subscription and Pricing

Cacheless offers monthly and yearly subscription options, as well as a lifetime purchase option. All pricing and subscription management is handled through the Mac App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the software
Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
Use the software for any illegal purposes

System Requirements

Cacheless requires macOS 15.0 or later. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchase.

Refund Policy

Cacheless is distributed through the Mac App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Updates and Support

All active subscribers and lifetime license holders receive free updates and email support. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with future macOS versions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cacheless is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
